Lava welcomes you from Monday to Sunday. Lunch from 12:00 to 14:30, dinner from 18:30 to midnight. The restaurant is located at 9 rue de la montagne Sainte-Geneviève, Paris 5th.

At the heart of the Latin neighborhood, Lava makes fire the guiding thread of the meal: embers, smoke, reduced juices, and spices make up a contemporary cuisine of travel. 

Lava is the Chef's restaurant Wilfried Romain, revealed in Top Chef. He develops a cuisine guided by fire, travel and seasonal products. 

Lava is open on Sunday evenings. Dinner is served from Monday to Sunday from 18:30 to midnight and lunch from noon to 14:30.

Located between the Panthéon and Notre-Dame, LAVA offers a bistronomical dinner around the fire, with the Carte Blanche menus or an à la carte adventure.
